The earliest available delivery date for your bench is automatically calculated at checkout. If this date doesn't suit your needs, simply click on the calendar to select a future date.

Bench with Personalisation 10-12 working days

All memorial benches are delivered kerbside and fully assembled on a pallet.

Delivery Charges

These are automatically calculated in your basket based on your location, quantity, size and weight of your order.

Please note all 4-seat benches must be sent on individual pallets due to height restrictions from our delivery partner.

If you are ordering multiple benches or are unsure about a charge, please call us before placing your order.

Delivery Services

Deliveries run Monday to Friday.

Select from 2 options in checkout;

Standard Service: Delivery between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Premium Service: Delivery between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

You can specify a different delivery address at checkout.

There is also a special instruction box for any important messages, such as "sensitive purchase, please only talk with Mrs Smith."

In the highly unlikely event that an issue arises within
this period, rest assured that we will handle everything; we will collect, repair/replace and return your bench, all completely at our cost.

Delivery Dates

Stock items are picked, packaged and dispatched next working day; allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Items requiring additional personalisation;  allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

We aim to deliver your order by the target dates provided. We work hard to ensure this, but as we use trusted third-party carriers like Royal Mail, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held accountable for any delays or losses that happen once your item is with them.
