I took delivery of a bench last week in memory of my husband. It is beautiful and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The whole procedure of ordering, dealing with my questions and the delivery was faultless. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and courteous. The bench is In the communal gardens of our group of houses and we had a christening ceremony the evening it arrived and it was much admired by all my neighbours. I dont believe ordering a memorial bench is something many people will do or experience. Believe me, in my experience it is not something you want to do order online. I had so so many questions and wanted to ensure everything was done correctly. So grateful to the team for all the calls and to Wendy who explained their engraver could check for me to have a personal shape engraved. I now have my Dads actual signature on his bench. Hands down, the best team. Forever thankful!
