Once you are completely happy with your bench choice and your personalised design, our office team will walk you through the order process. We will confirm every detail ensuring everything is just as you wish before proceeding.

With your order confirmed, Paul and his skilled team including Jamie and Harvey, begin the meticulous work in our workshop. Each bench is traditionally constructed using robust mortise and tenon joinery with strong teak dowels, a time honoured technique ensuring exceptional durability. Every single bench undergoes rigorous quality control checks and is fine sanded to perfection. Any brass plaques, stainless steel plaques or wood engravings are carefully inspected against your precise requirements. We craft every bench as if it were for one of our own family member ensuring perfection before it leaves us.

Step 6: Careful Delivery Co-Ordination

Our office team, led by Grace, then takes over the careful coordination of your delivery. They manage hundreds of timely deliveries nationwide each week ensuring your memorial bench, with its unique story, reaches you smoothly. If any logistical questions arise along the way, our team is always on the end of the phone ready to help resolve them and importantly your bench will arrive fully assembled, absolutely categorically NO FLAT PACK!
