This precision continues in our Design Studio under James. We utilise software to ensure that every wood engraving and plaque is bold, clear and technically accurate. For trade clients, this means a rigorous approval process for logos, crests and inscriptions before a single grain of timber is carved.
Craftsmanship and Quality Control - The Production Excellence
Every bench we supply is traditionally constructed using robust mortise and tenon joinery with durable teak dowels. Led by Paul, our production team subjects every 3 seat and 4 seat bench to a rigorous quality control (QC) check. We operate with a simple philosophy that every bench leaves our warehouse in the same condition as if it were for our own family. Every plaque is scrupulously checked against your requirements, and every surface is fine sanded to a 240 grit finish before it is cleared for dispatch.

Our White Glove service is defined by our personal delivery network, covering the majority of mainland UK. We do not rely on third party couriers instead, our in house team handles the delivery coordination to meet your specific date and time requirements.
It is important to note that our installation services are bespoke and agreed upon in advance. While we do not install full concrete plinths, we offer professional on site anchoring solutions:
Soft Ground Installation: We can professionally install our specialised soft ground fixing kits to ensure stability in parkland or cemetery soil.
Hard Ground Anchoring: We can install high security hard ground anchors to existing, prepared surfaces such as concrete pads or stone paving.
