FSC® Wooden Memorial Bench - our high quality FSC® memorial 3 seat Sandhurst bench with a traditional look, uses ethically sourced highest quality teak wood, and is delivered fully assembled UK wide in a matter of days by Memorial Benches UK. Our stately looking 3 seat Sandhurst FSC® Teak Memorial Bench is a customer favourite. Constructed from heavy gauge solid FSC® Teak using traditional tenon and mortise joinery with teak dowels, these benches are extremely sturdy and of commercial quality. The scroll arm detail and high back make it not only very comfortable but also very graceful. There is little to no maintenance required for our all our FSC® Teak Benches. Left untreated, over time they will turn a mellow silver colour. An annual clean with a jet wash will clear all bird lime, lichen, algae and dirt bringing your furniture back to nearly new.
You can personalise this FSC® Bench with an engraved plaque and or chose to engrave your words and images directly into the top rail and or the lower rail for a truly lasting tribute. IMPORTANT NOTICE To achieve 25 years + of use, all FSC® Memorial Benches should be Polyurethane (expanding foam) glued, Teak dowelled then clamped for 24hrs to ensure that there is no movement in the construction. Although this is an expensive and time consuming process, it is what we do with everyone of our Benches before we deliver. Be aware of buying flat packed FSC® Memorial Benches or those made with cheap glues as wood naturally expands and contracts when left outside so if they are not joined securely they will, after a few seasons, wobble and fail.
