A high quality curved memorial seat - our high back 3 seat Cranbrook bench with a curved rail, uses ethically sourced highest quality teak wood, and is delivered fully assembled UK wide in a matter of days by Memorial Benches UK.
Our pretty Cranbrook Memorial seat stands out due to its lovely sweeping curved top rail. A personal message looks stunning engraved along the curved rail and provides a lasting tribute to a loved one. Made from solid Teak and constructed traditionally using tenon and mortise joinery with teak dowels, these Memorial Benches are very sturdy. Their high back rail gives plenty of support to the back when sitting. The seat base itself has been contoured to maximise comfort and the armrests have additional detailing to enhance posture. As this bench is medium in weight, it can be easily be moved.
There is little to no no maintenance required for our all our Teak Benches. Left untreated, over time they will turn a mellow silver colour. An annual clean with a jet wash will clear all bird lime, lichen, algae and dirt bringing your furniture back to nearly new.
Sustainability is very important to us. Our factories are required by law to have SVLK certification to conform with new EU laws (FLEGT) on importing Teak. We receive the The Green Leaf™ Eco Standard (GLES) certificate to verify this process. This demonstrates a firm, authentic and effective commitment to sustainability, both towards the environment and socially. Rest assured our products are from sustainable sources which is sometimes not the case elsewhere.

IMPORTANT NOTICE To achieve 25 years + of use, all Memorial Benches should be Polyurethane (expanding foam) glued, Teak dowelled then clamped for 24hrs to ensure that there is no movement in the construction. Although this is an expensive and time consuming process, it is what we do with everyone of our Benches before we deliver. Be aware of buying flat packed Memorial Benches or those made with cheap glues as wood naturally expands and contracts when left outside so if they are not joined securely they will, after a few seasons, wobble and fail.
